Starting your free trial
Your 7-day free trial begins automatically when you download the app and complete setup. No credit card is required to start, and you have full access to every feature from day one.The trial runs for 7 days from the moment you first open the app and create your account.
Choosing a plan
At the end of your trial, the app will prompt you to choose a plan to continue. You have two options:- Monthly — £15.49/month, billed every month, cancel anytime
- Annual — £89.99/year, billed once per year, saves around 52% vs monthly
How billing works
Once you select a plan, billing is handled by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) — the same trusted payment systems you already use for other apps. Nonna never stores your payment details directly.- Monthly billing: you are charged on the same date each month
- Annual billing: you are charged once per year on your subscription anniversary date
- Renewal happens automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from within your device’s subscription settings. After cancelling, you keep access to Nonna until the end of your current billing period — then the subscription expires and your access stops.Open your device's subscription settings
On Android, open the Google Play app and tap your profile icon, then go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. On iOS, open Settings, tap your name, then go to Subscriptions.
Find Nonna in your subscriptions list
Scroll to find Nonna and tap it to open the subscription details.
Switching from monthly to annual
To switch to the annual plan and save around 52%, go to your subscription settings on your device and select the annual option. The change takes effect at your next renewal date.Refunds
