Setting up Nonna takes about 5 minutes and is typically done by a family member on behalf of the elderly user. Once it’s done, the person using Nonna day-to-day won’t need to change any settings — they just tap a photo to call.Documentation Index

You don’t need to be technically skilled to do this. If you can install an
app and take a photo, you can set up Nonna.
Set up Nonna
Open the app
Tap the Nonna icon on the home screen of the device. If you haven’t
installed it yet, see the download guide first.
Create an account or sign in
Enter an email address and create a password to set up a new account. If
you already have a Nonna account on another device, sign in with your
existing credentials.
Use an email address that the family admin can access easily — this is
the account used to manage contacts and the subscription.
Add family contacts
Tap Add contact and enter the name and details of each family member
the elderly user will want to call. Each contact needs:
- A name (as the elderly user knows them — “Mum”, “Marco”, etc.)
- A photo — this is what the user taps to start a call
What the elderly user sees
After setup, the home screen shows a grid of contact photos. To make a call, the user simply taps a photo. There are no menus to navigate, no dial pad, and no need to remember anything.Next step
