Your Nonna account stores your profile information and personal settings. You can update these at any time from inside the app — no need to contact support for most changes.

View and edit your profile

Your profile shows the name and photo that other family members see when you call them.

Open your profile

Tap the Profile icon in the app menu to open your account screen.

Tap Edit profile

Tap the Edit profile button next to your name and photo.

Update your details

Change your display name, or tap your profile photo to choose a new image from your device’s photo library.

Save your changes

Tap Save. Your updated profile is visible to other members of your family network immediately.

Notification settings

Nonna sends notifications when someone is calling you. You can adjust how and when these alerts appear.

Open Settings

Tap the Settings icon in the app menu.

Tap Notifications

Select Notifications from the settings list.

Adjust your preferences

Turn incoming call alerts on or off, and choose whether to receive notifications about app updates or new family network activity.
If you turn off call notifications, you will not receive an alert when a family member tries to reach you. Make sure at least one device in your household has call notifications enabled.

Change your email address

Open Settings

Tap the Settings icon in the app menu.

Tap Account details

Select Account details from the settings list.

Tap Email

Tap your current email address to edit it.

Enter and confirm your new address

Type your new email address and tap Save. Nonna sends a verification email to the new address — click the link in that email to confirm the change.

Change your phone number

Open Settings

Tap the Settings icon in the app menu.

Tap Account details

Select Account details, then tap your current phone number to edit it.

Enter your new number

Type your new phone number. Nonna sends a verification code by text message to confirm the change.

Enter the verification code

Type the code from the text message and tap Confirm to save your new number.

Sign out

To sign out of Nonna on your current device:
  1. Tap the Settings icon in the app menu.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Sign out.
  3. Confirm when prompted.
You can sign back in at any time using your email address and password. Your family network and contacts are not affected when you sign out.

Delete your account

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your profile data, family network membership, and call history are removed immediately. If you are the network owner, your entire family network — including all members and their contacts — will also be deleted.
If you are sure you want to delete your account:

Open Settings

Tap the Settings icon in the app menu.

Tap Account details

Select Account details from the settings list.

Tap Delete account

Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.

Confirm deletion

Read the confirmation message carefully, then tap Delete permanently to complete the process. Your account is removed immediately.
