# Manage your Nonna subscription and billing

> Learn how to start your Nonna free trial, choose a paid plan, understand how billing works, cancel your subscription, and request a refund.

All subscription management in Nonna happens securely inside the app — there is no separate website or account portal to log into. This page explains everything you need to know about trials, billing, and cancellations.

## Starting your free trial

Your 7-day free trial begins automatically when you download the app and complete setup. No credit card is required to start, and you have full access to every feature from day one.

## Choosing a plan

At the end of your trial, the app will prompt you to choose a plan to continue. You have two options:

* **Monthly** — £15.49/month, billed every month, cancel anytime
* **Annual** — £89.99/year, billed once per year, saves around 52% vs monthly

## How billing works

Once you select a plan, billing is handled by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) — the same trusted payment systems you already use for other apps. Nonna never stores your payment details directly.

* **Monthly billing**: you are charged on the same date each month
* **Annual billing**: you are charged once per year on your subscription anniversary date
* Renewal happens automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date

## Cancelling your subscription

  If you want to avoid being charged, cancel before your 7-day free trial ends. Once the trial converts to a paid plan, the charge for that billing period is not refundable.

You can cancel at any time from within your device's subscription settings. After cancelling, you keep access to Nonna until the end of your current billing period — then the subscription expires and your access stops.

    On Android, open the **Google Play** app and tap your profile icon, then go to **Payments & subscriptions** → **Subscriptions**. On iOS, open **Settings**, tap your name, then go to **Subscriptions**.

    Scroll to find **Nonna** and tap it to open the subscription details.

    Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.

    You will receive a confirmation from the App Store or Google Play. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

## Switching from monthly to annual

To switch to the annual plan and save around 52%, go to your subscription settings on your device and select the annual option. The change takes effect at your next renewal date.

## Refunds

Nonna does not process refunds directly. Refund eligibility is governed by the platform you purchased through:
